Any procedure from non-invasive to surgical is scary for patients. In an environment surrounded by risks, our Certified Sterile Techs fight dirty by ensuring surgical instruments are sterilized and easily accessible when needed. They are the Grime Fighters of Sterile Processing and no one depends on their skills more than our patients.

We are looking for a leader to oversee this talented group of Sterile Processors who share their passion and knowledge for the practice. The Supervisor manages and monitors the sterilization process and delivery of instruments positioning us to continue delivering the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve. They will also manage 24/7 staffing operations as part of their on-going commitment to quality.

  • Central Sterile Program graduate with preferred certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with instrumentation as Central Service Technician
    • Prefer at least two of those years to be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Membership with the International Association of Health Care Central Service Materials Management is highly desired
