EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound or Vascular Technology.

 
EXPERIENCE: Clinical experience in General and OB Ultrasonography
 

LICENSURE: Registered or registry eligible American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS),or Registered Vascular Technology (RVT), or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with state of Iowa permit to Practice

                                   
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
  • Must demonstrate ability to cordially deal with the public.
  • Must be registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) if performing x-rays.
  • Must be registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Vascular Sonographers, including knowledge in OB Ultrasonography.
  • Must have current license to practice I the State of Iowa
  • Must maintain current licensure in CPR.
