We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Nurse Manager to lead our wound care team! Our established nursing team possess the special skills needed to provide continuous wound and ostomy care for our patients. They are comforting to our patients and thoughtful with their care givers- ensuring there’s open communication and learning to promote faster healing.  


The ideal RN Manager will have proven skills beyond the respected nursing practice. They will be able to serve as a mentor to our wound care professionals with a hand-on approach to learning and engagement and genuinely care about their teams and patients as a whole.

Leadership in the following areas:

  • Process Improvement
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Utilization Management / Resources
  • Departmental Budget
  • Hiring / Staffing

Wound Team Support:

  • Leading a team trained to save lives and limbs
  • Monitoring and assigning patient’s individualized care plans to team members
  • Allowing positive outcomes to drive clinical strategy
  • Training care teams on relevant systems and providing technical support
  • Serve as mentor to clinical staff and provide coaching when needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Tennessee (TN) nursing license or eNLC compact privilege
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Board Certification for Wound/Ostomy such as CWOCN, CWCN, COCN, CCCN, or CWON
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • One or more years of experience in Wound/Ostomy therapy
