What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with CNO and other leaders to build on our culture of process improvement
  • Oversee hospital performance improvements, quality outcomes, risk reduction/mitigation, patient safety, and infection control (to name a few)
  • Lead on-going improvement and education initiatives
  • Ensure quarterly data uploads are completed for the HIQR, HOQR, IPFQR, NDNQI, NHSN, CDC, eCQM program, QualityNet data warehouse, and Midas harvest/plant

  • Required Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Three (3)  years leadership experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
  • Experience in management of data analysis and interpretation
  • Knowledge of system level data integrity/management, interfaced systems, and management of complex technology
