We are seeking a full-time Radiologic or CT Technologist in Williston, ND

Job Summary:
Provides quality examinations on patients using x-ray and/or Computerized Tomography (CT) equipment.
 
Essential Duties:
  1. Capable of obtaining quality radiographs of all body parts using proper exposure, markers, and shielding.  Knows how to use portable x-ray machines and c-arms.  As a CT Technologist also able to perform all CT exams within scope of practice.
  2. Accurately interpret physician’s instructions
  3. Capable of assisting Radiologist with Fluoroscopic procedures
  4. Able to write-up all patient paperwork, schedule all patient’s exams, and give proper preps
  5. Able to use CR Reader, erase CR Cassettes, send images from CR Reader, and perform image manipulations as necessary.
  6. Able to access PACS, review studies, and perform basic functions for image manipulations.  Resolve QA issues, close studies as reviewed, burn CD’s, transfer images, and print from PACS
  7. Others duties as assigned
Education / Accreditation / Licensure: 
  • Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Licensed by the North Dakota Society of Radiologic Technologists (RT)
  • Certification for Computed Tomography (CT) – only if applying for CT Technologist position
  • Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS)
 
Experience:
  • 12 months of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred
