Any procedure from non-invasive to surgical is scary for patients. In an environment surrounded by risks, our Certified Sterile Techs fight dirty by ensuring surgical instruments are sterilized and easily accessible when needed. They are the Grime Fighters of Sterile Processing and no one depends on their skills more than our patients.

The only thing infectious about this team is their passion for their profession and the positive outcomes they bring to our patients, allowing us to continue delivering the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve. We are looking for a Lead Sterile Tech who goes above and beyond the need to disinfect and apply their strengths in analytics and proactivity to ensure all instruments and equipment are safe and ready for use.

  • One (1) year of experience as a Sterile Processing Tech
  •  International Association of Health Care Central Service Material Management (IAHCCSMM) Certifications at or within six (6) months of hire:
    • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
    • Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
