Job Summary / Job Purpose

Provides secretarial support by performing a variety of office procedures (filing, record-keeping, inventory, answering phone, etc.). Promotes positive relations with other departments, physicians, and the public through accurate and timely communication (verbal and written) in a professional and confidential manner.  Under broad direction, this position performs administrative/financial functions for the department and diversified office duties for Medical Imaging.  Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, directing, and implementing special projects as assigned by leader.  May transport patients as needed.
Job Requirements / Qualifications


Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):

High school diploma or GED.   College preferred.

BLS required upon hire.

Experience (required and preferred):

Six months secretarial/clerical experience preferred.  

Health care experience preferred.
