Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Human Resources or a related field
  • Four years of recent human resources experience with heavy emphasis in Employee Relations and in a unionized environment 
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification

Preferred:

  • Previous employee relations experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Previous experience in a union environment
