Requirements:
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program

  • Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Manager preferably on a Mental Health Unit but will consider leadership experience in other service lines

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent/relative experience in Behavioral Health as a staff nurse or unit leader

  • Active Registered Nurse licensure in Arkansas or licensed with eNLC privilege

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
