Education: Bachelor’s Degree  and minimum of three (3) years leadership experience OR Master's Degree OR Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in the discipline   
 
License/Certification: Registered Nurse, Reg Technologist-Angio / RN - RTCV
