Minimum Qualifications:

Education Level


Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)


Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)



Registered Nurse with valid Texas license

BLS certification (through an approved AHA program)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Clinical practice with experience acquired in assigned specialty required

*Creative problem resolution skills

*Exhibit positive professional and personal image

*Computer skills required; must be able to document in electronic medical records

*Exercises knowledgeable, independent judgment on routine and non-routine matters

*Detail Oriented.

*Displays quality patient assessment skills.   

*Excellent Customer Service Skills.

*Ability to communicate effectively with others.

*Strong interpersonal skills / ability to relate well to diverse groups.

*Provides emotional support to patients.

*Excellent communication skills in both the written and verbal form.

*Ability to set priorities with little guidance.

Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.



Three (3) years of clinical experience.


Three (3) years of acute care case management experience.
