·         High school diploma or equivalent required


Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, ERP systems (e.g. Lawson, Oracle), objectives, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook, and other systems and applications (e.g. Kronos for time reporting).  Skills in planning, organizing, exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making.  Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, office managers and co-workers.  Some knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting


PREFERRED Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in healthcare-related accounting or finance work strongly preferred
