Qualifications

Preferred:

A minimum of 3 years administrative assistant or Executive Secretary experience at the Management level, preferably in a health care environment.

 

Education/Licensure

 

*Note: Employees hired into this role prior to 5/1/2016 are grandfathered in, and not required to hold a bachelor’s degree.

 

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to type 60+ wpm required.  Requires demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, and experience in LAN and Windows operating environments.  Must possess strong knowledge of all areas of Quality; strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently; excellent listening skills, very good oral and written communication skills; good knowledge of grammar and sentence structure; excellent problem solving skills, good planning skills; strong customer service skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level or motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
